COVID-19 holding Nasarawa Assembly Hostage As Another lawmaker hospitalised

A member of the Nasarawa House of Assembly Isa Muhammad Bello has reportedly been placed on isolation for displaying suspected COVID-19 symptoms.

OBSERVERS TIMES learnt that Isa was rushed to an isolation centre at Dalhatu Araf Specialist Hospital, Lafia from his residence.

When contacted, Commissioner for Health, Muhammad Ahmad Yahaya said: “Governor Abdullahi Sule will brief the press later.”

It was later stated 21 of out the samples of 23 House members tested negative.

Member representing Nasarawa central in the House of Assembly, Mr. Sule Adamu, died of coronavirus on May 3.
