COS Leads Asuku Women Political Network On Congratulatory Visit to Gov-Elect, Ododo

 

The Chief of Staff to Kogi State Governor, Pharm. Abdulkareem Moh’d Jamiu Asuku on Tuesday led the Asuku Women Political Network excos on a congratulatory visit to the Kogi State Governor-elect, His Excellency, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman at his residence in Lokoja the Kogi State capital.

Pharm. Asuku congratulated Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman on behalf of the group and reintroduced them to the Governor-elect, noting that he is fulfilled because the All Progressive Congress and its candidate for the November 11 guber election came out victorious.

In his words “I am a fulfilled man today because our joy was not cut short, this group and other groups worked round the clock to ensure victory and continuity of the New Direction led administration and today our heart desires have been granted by God Almighty through the good people of Kogi State.”

“Your Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, I want to thank you for granting your people audience this morning and to equally assure you of their continued support at all times Sir,”
he added.

Some of the members of the delegation who spoke on behalf of the group eulogised the governor-elect and informed him of various ways thier patron, the Chief of Staff has supported them from inception up till victory.

The Governor-elect, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman in his remarks, appreciated the work and sacrifices made by Pharm. Asuku, the Asuku Women Political Network, attesting that he is aware of their efforts up till the moment of victory for the party and that his administration will carry everybody along as reiterated severally by his mentor, His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello.

He promised to consolidate on the solid foundation Governor Bello has laid and further sustain the unity among kogites irrespective of tribe, religion and political affiliations.
