The Special Assistant on Works to the Chairman of Ogbomoso South Local Government Com. Adegboyega Stephen, AKA Ọba has installed two street light in one of the 10 wards in Ogbomoso South Local Government.
Ọba as he is fondly called by admirers and followers said he did this to complement the effort of the Chairman Hon. Oyedokun Oyeniyi Timothy OOT, and Engr. Seyi Makinde. He noted that Governor of Oyo State has a standard blueprint for the good people of Oyo State and he also has to emulate by gving back to the ward and people of Ogbomoso South local government.
While reacting, Mr Sunday popularly known as Go Straight who represent the Youth of Ayegun thank Ọba for living beyond expectations despite the little he is earning, he also charged Ọba to give more and encourage others to learn from him.
Mr Rotimi Idowu who represent the Youths of Ode Ajaawa appreciate the effort of Com. Adegboyega Stephen for representing people interest. In his words, I don’t expect less from Ọba, Yes, he has always been available whenever the need arise. Aside this, he been emulating Hon. Segun Ogunwuyi who always give back to the people without being biased. We thank him and pray that God will elevate him more than his expectations.
While thanking the people, Ọba said, this is our local government and it is paramount we all do our best and leave the rest. Yes, we can’t do all at a time but we must always remember to put smiles to the faces of our people no matter what.
He thank the Governor, chief of staff to the governor and Chairman for giving him the opportunity to serve his people and promised to do more in order to move ogbomoso South Forward.
