Asks To Include The Road Linking Kutunku Through The Communities.
Minister of State FCT, Hajiya Ramatu Tijani Aliyu,Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda has been commended for including some part of Gwagwalada roads in both 2020/2021 fiscal budget and constituency project,calling for inclusion of Martei Dei,Almohass Living stone communities in the ongoing repairs.
According to the communities representatives in a communique signed after it’s meeting said the road when repaired will served as alternative route to residents of old Kutunku,kaida,and other adjoining areas of the town.
Ibrahim Lame, Mohammed Okatahi,Yusuf Nurudeen on behalf of the communities commended the Minister on the ongoing repairs of Gwagwalada market road from Radio House Junction,completion of town hall roads,phase one,two and three roads, including Hajj camp roads,as well as Polaris Bank road linking demonstration road that has being the den of armed robbers due to non access road to the residents of the area.
The Communities also saluted the courage of Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda for construction of access road at Angwan-Dodo,a highly populated Community in the area,as well as provision of borehole,solar lights in major areas of the town.
He stressed the need for a synergy between FCT and Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda,so as to ensure the repairs of access road to old Kutunku through Almohass secondary school,as well as provision of solar panel lights.
They advised the Minister and the senator representing FCT to sustain the tempo,as they are only the Messiah of the people of the area.
