A Kogi Born Political and social activist, comrade Austin Usman Okai has once again questioned the nonchalant attitude of the Economic & Financial Crimes Commissions towards tackling the 20 Billion Bailout Funds saga involving the Kogi State Govenor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.

Okai Make this call today in his Abuja residence, following continued denials From the Government who he once described as Yahoo Yahoo Cartel.

The People’s Democratic Party Frontier who express displeasure over the proceedings was quoted as saying, “EFCC through CBN should compel sterling Bank to disclose the particulars of actual depositor & those who authorized the opening of the account.”

The activist argued that, Yahaya Bello may be hidden under immunity clause, but failure to investigate the Commissioner and the accountant general who jointly committed this impunity is a huge credit to Bello’s recent uproar.

We must Begin to ask questions like these, as we’re no longer ready to be brainwashed by either party, I’m calling on the EFCC Boss to salvage his reputation by shaming those responsible without considering “whose ox is gored” Okai concluded.

Recall that, the activist has been on loggerhead with the Kogi State Government over none payment of Worker’s salary and lack of infrastructure in the state.
