Chief John Odawn at 74 Birthday ; A Beacon Of Selfless And Political Emancipation

 

Today is a great day for a great man of timber and callibre,Chief John Odawn whose contributions knows no bounds and measure towards human development and emancipation.

Chief Odawn,the pioneer PDP Chairman in Kogi state was before then,the hub of the Progressives,having served in that same top level political capacity in the old Benue state as pioneer SDP Chairman before the creation of Kogi state in 1992.

Span lately for over four decades in the quest for egalitarian society through our political participation and developement,Chief Odawn was before then,a seasoned civil servant who had served both his immediate community,state and father land to the best of his ability and knowledge.

Chief John Odawn delved into grassroot politics and still waxing stronger in that regard after much succesful sojourn in the working career from Kwara,Benue- Plateau,Benue in his service years.

His political sojourn made a great impact on the social,economic, educational enhancement of the society by and large, both at the state,federal and international level .

His quest to better the lot of humanity saw him occupying prominent positions at the Federal level,having served as Chairman council of Federal College of Education,Asaba and Chairman,Board Automotive Council of Nigeria with distinct goals among others.

His untiring efforts and quest to beqeuath a robust, and a society devoid of denials,the Octogenarian high Chief deem it fit to still participate in active politics, even when so many of his contemporaries have thrown in the towel all the name of age,from the political stage.

Chief John Odawn is prominently recognize both in local ,state, regional and National politics having hold sway at all levels of political participation.

As you mark another year in the services to humanity,we pray that the Lord will continue to keep you strong in good health and longevity, to continue to impact on the generalty of the society.
