Capt Idris Wada, Alhaji Shehu-Concern others at Al-Habibiyyah Mosque Special Prayer for Alh. Abdullahi Ibrahim,SAN

To the righteous it will be said “O reassured soul, Return to your lord, well-pleased and pleasing (with him), so enter the among my (righteous) servants And enter My Paradise” Q89 v 27-30 was the center stage for the entire special prayers which was organized at Al-habibiyyah Islamic society mosque, Guzape Abuja in honor of late legal giant, Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim, SAN. OFR. CON,

Aside the prayers rendered for the departed Minister, lectures on the Essence of life which centered on the implications of death and lessons for those still alive were delivered in English language, Accoeding to the Imam ,he Said in his personal encounter with the late minister , he saw a man that was dogged in his belief of the oneness of Allah,and prayed to Allah to grants him eternal rest.

In his sermon, The chief Imam of the mosque Imam A.A Fuad asked others to learn act of simplicity and making or in leading others to success in the world, the Imam stated that late Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim SAN was an excellent human being, who remained humble, humane, unpretentious and very unassuming till death.

Imam emphasised on the importance of life after this world as everything is vanity if the instruction of Allah are ignored, he speaks on the importance of Muslim maintaining healthy, hygienic, and that can be done without necessarily being too expensive, but appear acceptable according to Islamic standard.

The chief Imam appealed to the younger generation to learn from the simplicity life style of late former Minister of Justice, who till his death always appear simple, seeks more knowledge especially from the Holy Quran.

He said Hell fire is real and believers must do all they can to avoid punishment after death, he disclosed to the audience the role played by late legal icon in building of the mosque, and testified to the fact that Ankpa alone have seven directors in the federal establishment influenced by late minister, stating that the former minister adopted so many children, trained them and placed them, built mosques, school and live in a very simple home.

In a lecture tittle Essence of life Imam A.A Fuad warned Muslim against worshipping other gods except Allah, praised Dr Wada of Garki Hospital who medically took cares of late minister without collecting Money, he also prayed to Allah to grants more wisdom, kindness to Dr Wada and his entire family, called on others listeners to learn such act.

He said for the past thirteen years, late minister has been taken care of Quran students at Al-Habibiyyah Islamic center that houses thousand of students, Imam Fuad said he is not praising late minister neither is he a praise singer, but the testimony is to challenge those around that generosity is not foolishness but an act of Allah.

On behalf of the late Justice Minister, Alhaji Shehu Concern promised Chief Imam that the mosque will be completed this year by Allah Grace, as part of his testimony, Alhaji Shehu Concern a philanthropist said he learnt the act of Zakat from late minister, who always emphasized on the important of Zakat to Muslim and warned against not taken it serious.

‘ Zakat is a form of alms-giving treated in Islam as a religious obligation, which, by Quranic ranking, is next after prayer in importance. As one of the Five Pillars of Islam, the Philatrophist prayed to Allah to grants Baba peace.’

 

The vote thanks was observed by Engr Kashim Ali, former Director FCT water board, who said they have always being around Baba and prayed to Allah to grants him eternal rest.
