The Nigerian Police have arrested 30-year-old Hauwa Yusuf for concealing an AK-47 rifle and four magazines in a sack of garri on the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway.
Yusuf confessed that the arms were sent by notorious bandit Aminu Basullube, who has been terrorizing Katsina State.
In a separate operation, police arrested Musa Saidu, a cattle rustler who spent lavishly on motorcycles and cows after returning to his community in Kaduna State.
Both suspects are in custody and facing charges. Kudos to the Nigerian Police for keeping our roads and communities safe!
