Unknown gunmen have abducted a member of the Nassarawa state House of Assembly, representing Nassarawa Central Constituency, Hon. Ismai Danbaba.
OBSERVERS TIMES reliably gathered that Danbaba was abducted on his way to plateau state on Saturday.
Confirming the incident, the Chairman of the Nassarawa Assembly committee on Information, Hon. Mohammed Omadefu disclosed that lawmaker was kidnapped in the forest area of Sanga Local Government Area, Kaduna.
The OBSERVERS TIMES leant that the kidnappers have made contact with the Assembly but were yet to issue any demands.
