The Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Edison Ehie has formally notified INEC on the vacancies that exist in the Assembly following the vacancy created by Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewhule and 24 others as a result of their defection to APC.
INEC has received the notice. We are in the 2nd phase of the operation.
