The House of Representatives committee on Public Petition has issued warrant arrest of Heads of government agencies following repeated failure to appear before the committee for alleged fraud in the oil and gas sector
The Head of Agencies include Executive Secretary NAPIMS, Governors, Accountant General of the Federation, MD Total Exploration/Producing NIG (TEPNG) and the MD Nigeria AGIP Oil Company.
Others include the MD, Panocean Oil NIG LTD, thr MD, Frontier Oil LTD, MD, NEXEN Petroleum NIG, MD First Exploration And Production and MD Heirs Holding Oil And Gas LTD.
The chairman of the committee Hon Micheal Idong made the pronouncement after the mentioned agencies failed to appear before the committee.
