A Federal High Court has affirmed Duoye Diri as the duly elected governorship candidate in the September 3, 2019, primary election of the People’s Democratic Party [PDP] in Bayelsa State.
The presiding judge, Justice Tijani Ringim, while reading the judgment, dismissed the petition on the pretext that the Plaintiff failed to prove his case beyond all doubts.
