In Suit No. HCL/KG/38/2019 ABUBAKAR MOHAMMED IBRAHIM VS PDP & 2 ORS. The matter came up today for defence. However, the matter could not go on, as there has been a change of Counsel for the 1st Defendant, a notice of which was filed and brought to the attention of the court this morning in the cause of proceedings.
The new Counsel for the 1st Defendant applied for adjournment to enable him study the file and prepare for defence. The matter was adjourned to 27/11/2019 for defence.
