Breaking News: President Tinubu Appoints Senator Bashir Lado Mohammed as Special Adviser on Senate Matters

 

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Senator Bashir Lado Mohammed as Special Adviser to the President on Senate Matters, effective immediately. Senator Mohammed, a seasoned politician and businessman from Kano State, brings a wealth of experience to the role.

Previously, he served as Senator representing Kano Central and Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP). In his new position, Senator Mohammed will be responsible for fostering effective communication and collaboration between the Executive and Legislative branches of government.

The President expects that Senator Mohammed’s appointment will enhance the synergy between the two arms of government, leading to improved performance and delivery of democratic dividends to the people.
