Kogi State Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja ganted an ordered for tendering of the inspection of electoral materials used for the conduct of the 2023 Governorship election held in kogi state on 11th Nov. 2023.
Tribunal also ordered the first respondents staff to be present in court to give evidence of its findings from the inspection of the electoral materials along with bvers machine and that the machine should be keept in the custody of the Department of State Security Services ( DSS) FCT Command for safety.
Pre – hearing adjoined to 16th February,2024 for continuation of hearing.
