The officials and Ad-hoc staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC are using the stamps of 2015 and 2016 on the election materials in Kogi state.
This was confirmed by voters who noticed the abnormality at different polling units.
Analyst say that it might be a ploy to undermine the transparency in this election as compromised agents can later thumbprint on new papers and use the right stamps afterwards.
