In the wake of widespread dissatisfaction voiced by the electorate following the contested election in Kogi State, Murtala Yakubu Ajaka, the gubernatorial candidate representing the Social Democratic Party (SDP), has announced his intent to pursue legal action.
Ajaka shared his decision after attentively listening to the concerns of his constituents, vowing to present his case in court to address the alleged irregularities in the electoral process.
