Breaking News: Fed. High Court Grants Kogi Deputy Gov’s Request

The Federal High Court today granted the prayer request of the Kogi Deputy Governor, Elder Simon Achuba.
The subsisting service order has been granted to the Deputy Governor of Kogi state, informing the state Assembly and other parties in the ongoing impeachment saga.
Informing the parties involved, the court said that the case is before the competent court of jurisdiction, hence the order for the process to be halted.
