Breaking : KOGI PDP Appeal Court said there was primary and winner emerged.

The court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has allowed the appeal of Engr Musa Wada the Candidate of PDP in the last gubernatorial election in Kogi State. In the judgment just delivered by the Court of Appeal Abuja Division in Appeal N0: CA/A/193/2020, Musa Wada vs Abubakar Mohammed Ibrahim Idris and others today, the court held that it is Crooked colt of discretion for a Court to raise an issue suo motu and determine same without hearing parties. It then held that every order made by the trial Court that there was no primary Election and that the Appellant was not a candidate in the election,are hereby set aside. Judgments in the other appeals are on going as at this time of report.
