A coster bus loaded with passengers, on Thursday, went up in flames in the Nyanya axis of Abuja.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that the vehicle was from Maraba heading to Abuja town before it was engulfed by fire at Mopol junction.
It was learnt that the incident led to a serious hold up on the axis.
An eye witness told IDOMA VOICE correspondent that the passengers ran out of the bus immediately the vehicle caught fire.
“The bus burnt down completely, but fortunately the passengers ran out of the vehicle immediately it caught fire,” the eyewitness who spoke under anonymity told our reporter.
Efforts by newsmen to get comment of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) proved aborted as the telephone lines of a spokesman of the corp weren’t connecting.
