THE OBSERVERS TIMES can authoritatively confirmed that Deputy Commissioner of Police who was abducted from his resident around 3 AM this morning has been moved to SARS office lokoja after spending some hours in Governor Lodge Dekina where his abductors kept him.
Suleiman Ejeh Abutu is the head of security committee of Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Dekina local government, his abduction is connected with the coming governorship election in Kogi state which some believed the ex police boss is being framed up.
