BREAKING: Boko Haram kill Borno Hunters leader held hostage

Boko Haram terrorists have killed the leader of the Borno State Hunters association, Abdulkareem Umar, popularly known as Baba Maigiwa.
According to available reports, Baba Maigiwa has been held hostage since July by the terrorists.
He was reportedly killed following a failed negotiation by the Boko Haram factional commander.

Maigiwa is noted for his escapades in the terror war and tacit support to troops of the Nigerian Army.
Deji Adesogan, who disclosed this on his Twitter handle on Thursday, tweeted:

SAD NEWS: #BokoHaram reportedly kill the Leader of the #Borno State Hunters, Abdulkareem Umar, aka Baba Maigiwa, who was held hostage in July during a failed negotiation by the Boko Haram factional commander. He fought terror war & supported Nigerian Army troops. #RIP Fallen Hero.
