Breaking: Bauchi Assembly ends crisis as factional speaker, other APC members sworn-in

The crisis rocking the Bauchi State House of assembly has finally come to an end as the factional speaker Kawuwa Shehu Damina and 17 other members who held pararell inauguration last month now sheathed their swords and brought themselves to be sworn in again by the speaker Abubakar Suleiman.
It will be recalled that the federal house of representatives has given the state Governor Bala Mohammed one month ultimatum to make new proclamation for fresh inauguration or they take over the assembly due to the endemic crisis bedeviling the house.

Our Correspondent also recalled that only 11 out of 31 members were earlier inaugurated by the clerk of the house while 18 others conducted their pararell inauguration outside the assembly.
The speaker represented by his Deputy Danlami Kawule swore in the factional law makers on Friday night at 9:00pm
He said the house will sit on Saturday at 12pm with the newly inaugurated members.
Commenting on the the development, the state Governor Bala Mohammed hailed the law makers for showing sense of maturity by resolving their differences amicably.
He also solicited harmonious relationship between the Legistlature and the executive for the development of the state.
