The Court in Lokoja has ordered Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to include the Social Democratic Party SDP, on the ballot paper, “The court said INEC has no right to disqualify anybody,Her lordship said “What baffle her is that INEC has left her position of neutrality, that the umpire has jumped into the responsibility of court” THE OBSERVERS TIMES
She also remind INEC to organise, undertake and superved to the best of its ability and maintains her neutrality.
