The judgement in the appeal filed by the Senate’s spokesperson, Dayo Adeyeye, to challenge his sack by the the election petition sitting in Ado-Ekiti, has been resolved by the appeal court today who upheld the decision of lower court, the election of Adeyeye, who represents Ekiti south senatorial district at the upper legislative chamber, was on on Tuesday, September 10, nullified by the tribunal.
