The Bauchi state Commissioner for finance Garba Akuyan, who resigned his appointment from governor Muhammed Abubakar-led All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bauchi has joined the opposition People Democratic Party (PDP).
In an official Facebook page of Speaker Yakubu Dogara a while ago, he confirmed with some photographs that Akuyan is now with the opposition party.
Dogara said: “Glad to receive my brother Hon Garba Akuyam who just resigned as Commissioner of Finance Bauchi State and joined the PDP family in Bauchi.”
