Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has expressed disappointment with President Bola Tinubu’s recent nationwide address, describing it as “empty” and lacking in substance. Speaking at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) campaign flag-off for the local government election in Bauchi, Mohammed emphasized the need for tangible solutions to the country’s challenges.

He highlighted the following concerns:

– President Tinubu’s speech failed to acknowledge the severity of the situation and offer concrete solutions.
– The Federal Government should take responsibility for their policies and stop making excuses.
– The current policy approach is not yielding desired results and needs to be revised.
– Insensitive comments from ministers about resource distribution have exacerbated the situation.

Governor Mohammed stressed the importance of good governance, respect for citizens, and addressing development issues, particularly in the North.
