Bandits preached to by Sheikh Ahmed Gumi to cease kidnapping, banditry and killing. Recall that weeks ago Sheikh Gumi took this initiative of reaching out to these bad guys.
Imagine if this was done years back since we have been hammering on the need for the Northern stakeholders especially the Fulani elites to wade into this matter and turn to these guys from the path chosen we wouldn’t be where we are now.
May Allah reward Sheikh Gumi. And to those of you attacking us for our stand, May Allah forgive you all.
