Banditry: Zamfara gov procures operational vehicles for security agencies, Gov Matawalle received the 1st Batch

Zamfara state government has purchased sophisticated operational vehicles  for distribution to security agencies with a view to help them fight banditry in the state.

This was made known by the Governor through his Official Twitter Handle :
The Tweet read “I received the 1st delivery of Zamfara State Govt’s Armored Personnel Carriers. These vehicles would reinforce the technical & human capacity of our armed forces against bandits.”

While commited to dialogue, we equally support maximum force against recalcitrant criminals.
In the tweet, the Governor states “It’s not enough to end crime without setting predictive mechanisms to prevent its reoccurrance. This is why we provide patrol vehicles, surveillance drones as well as smartcity view cameras in urban areas & rural flashpoints to assist in monitoring & tackling criminal activities.
