Lemar, 24, is set to leave the LaLiga outfit in the January transfer window with Chelsea and Tottenham both reportedly keen, but the Gunners reportedly have the edge in the race for his signature.
The Spanish newspaper claims Atleti boss Diego Simeone wants to bolster his strikeforce and while Edinson Cavani remains his top target, Simeone is also a fan of Lacazette.
