During an interactive session organized by the League of Veteran Journalists in Osun State, former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Prince Diran Odeyemi, suggested that the party’s ongoing crisis could come to an end if Atiku Abubakar publicly announced that he would not be running for the 2027 presidency. Additionally, Odeyemi emphasized the importance of Minister Nyesom Wike pledging his commitment to peace within the party. Odeyemi highlighted the critical roles that both Atiku and Wike play as leaders and elders in Nigeria, urging them to prioritize peace for the sake of the party and the country.
