Former National Vice Chairman for the North-West region of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Salihu Lukman, has delivered a damning evaluation of the APC’s governance, asserting that the party’s nine years in power have proven to be more detrimental to Nigeria than the previous 16 years under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
