APC is the ruling party in Nigeria, many people believed that since APC won (in quote) the presidential election in 2015, many visions and dreams had been truncated because of lack of managerial skills and the negative impact of many political bigotries in the party.
Some persons are of the opinion that the country is experiencing retrogression in all ramifications, ranging from insecurity, corruption, injustice, mismanagement of public fund, selfishness, and man inhumanity to man. The country is characterized with all forms of upheavals that is obvious and visible to even the blinds.
It is also pertinent to note that the predicament of this nation is not party but SELFISHNESS. Selfishness in this nation is worst than any deadly ailment, it is a deadly ailment that needed the intervention of God, the people that supposed to preach about it are also suffering from that very sickness.
The foremost countries of the world are improving because they know the value of selflessness.
If our ideologies about this is not properly handled, we will continue to be crippled with the mentality that party is the source of our problems; to some extent party can contribute hugely to the people of a people. It also worthy to note that that is the product of selfishness.
This has made many persons to be gullible; believing that government alone can eradicate all of the societal problems without the forceful impact of the masses. The masses are gullible, it is hard to see commoners taking cogent decision without looking at the selfish interest of such decision… The mindset of selflessness is dead in the minds of most people in this nation.
When PDP was ruling, most people believed that the government at that time emanated all the societal problems, what is happening now is an indication that half of our problem is the masses, the problems of the nation is SELFISHNESS at all levels.
Most of our leaders need to be educated and to possibly change their ideology or philosophies about power, influence or wealth, most people grow by lifting others but the reverse is the case in this nation. Nigeria has what it takes to withstand the foremost countries in the world, but we have high numbers of senseless, gullible, and cynical people in position whose interest is to steal public fund and travel abroad. They don’t have passion for the people they stand to represent.
In a nutshell, we ought to format our brain that 100% of our problems is emanated by a political party, but SELFLESSNESS. Let love leads! When people take right decision, they can be accountable for that decision. Most people are lamenting bitterly because they felt that the ruling party has ignored all the promises made during their campaign.
Let us change our individual mindset before changing others.🙌🏼🙏
