Salihu Lukman, the former National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has launched a scathing attack on President Bola Tinubu and former President Muhammadu Buhari, labeling them as “colossal failures” who have ruined Nigeria.
In a statement, Lukman alleged that the APC and the duo have failed to deliver on their promises, instead exacerbating the country’s problems, including the economy, insecurity, and corruption.
He emphasized that the 2027 election presents a golden opportunity to replace the incumbent President, urging opposition leaders to unite and work towards a common goal of rescuing the nation from the current administration.
Lukman criticized opposition leaders for prioritizing their personal ambitions over the national interest, warning that their inability to work together would embolden President Tinubu and the APC.
He appealed to key opposition leaders, including Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Peter Obi, and Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, to put aside their differences and work towards a united front to defeat President Tinubu and the APC in 2027.
