Ambassador Ali Ocheni, a concerned citizen of the Igala kingdom, has heaped praise on His Royal Majesty Dr. Matthew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche, who ascended the throne a year ago.
Ambassador Ali Ocheni, in his words says, “I sincerely wish to congratulate His Royal Majesty Dr Mathew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa- Ata Igala, on this auspicious occasion of the first year anniversary celebration of your accession to the stool of his forefathers.”
Gabaidu, it is my hope and prayers that God grants you the wisdom, good health and long life to carry out this noble duty. May your reign usher in sustainable peace, growth and development in the Igala Kingdom, he continued.
The Ambassador further used the opportunity to appeal to well-meaning Igala sons and daughters to join hands with the monarch to move the Kingdom forward.
He argued that, “there can be no growth and development without peace”, warning youths to deviate from immoral activities, especially now that the nation is heading towards another election.
We must support the magnificent legacy of his Royal Majesty, we must build together with him the great Igala kingdom of his dreams. He concluded.
