Ankpa Foundation Unites Igala Leaders in Grand Reception for Justice Eleojo Enenche

A distinguished assembly of “who’s who” from Igala land and beyond gathered in Abuja recently to honor the elevation of Justice Eleojo Enenche to the esteemed Court of Appeal, Nigeria’s penultimate judicial body.

The event, spearheaded by the Ankpa Foundation in collaboration with the Ankpa Development Foundation Association, was a vibrant display of unity and celebration for an illustrious son of Igala.

The celebration attracted a formidable gathering of legal luminaries, including top figures from the judiciary, senior advocates, retired military generals, captains of industry, prominent politicians, and high-ranking civil servants from Kogi State, alongside a host of friends and well-wishers. They converged on the Central Business District of Abuja to fete Justice Enenche, whose ascent marks a significant milestone for the Igala community and the Nigerian judiciary.
Among the notable personalities who graced the occasion were:

Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims, representing Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro constituency in the House of Representatives and a ranking member of the Nigerian parliament.

Vice Admiral Usman Jibrin (Rtd.), former Chief of Naval Staff.

The event was magnificently hosted by Honourable Justice Husseini Baba-Yusuf, the Chief Judge of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Abuja.

Justice Enenche, a dedicated member of the Ankpa Development Foundation, was lauded as a symbol of unity within Igala land, bringing together men and women of “timber and caliber” in an atmosphere filled with palpable joy and camaraderie.

The Ankpa Development Foundation (ADF) is a community-based organization focused on promoting the progress and welfare of the Ankpa people and the broader Igala Kingdom in Kogi State, Nigeria.
