Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has been known for his commitment to unity and peaceful dialogue.

Recently, Seyi Makinde made a claim that, himself and Gov Adeleke Stand with Damagun which prompt Youth Group Red Cap Movement, Osun State Chapter, to responded to Governor Seyi Makinde’s comment at a road project flag-off as untrue and unfounded.

However, Adeyemi Bamidele, the group’s spokesman, clarified that Adeleke stands with the PDP Governors Forum to foster unity within the party. And question when did Seyi Makinde became the mouth piece of Adeleke? Therefore, They called on general public and PDP members to disregard his assertion saying it is his own personal decision and not of Adeleke or PDP members in Osun State.

However, this stance aligns with Adeleke’s past actions, showcasing his dedication to peaceful conflict resolution and inclusive governance. He has consistently demonstrated a strong belief in the importance of dialogue, previously convening a dialogue session with national protest organizers and stakeholders to address economic grievances.

It’s clear that Adeleke’s priorities lie in maintaining peace and unity, both within his party and the state. His actions have reaffirmed his dedication to the well-being of Osun State and Nigeria citizens.

By distancing himself from Damagun’s divisive agenda, Adeleke reinforces his reputation as a leader who prioritizes unity and peaceful dialogue. As Osun State continues to navigate economic challenges, Adeleke’s leadership style remains a beacon of hope for a more harmonious and prosperous future.
