For persons that may not know, Kogi State was created on the *27th day of August 1991* alongside Anambra, Enugu, Delta, Edo, Osun, Tone amongst other Nigerian state.
It is therefore unfortunate that whereas the aforementioned states have in the last 28 years scored one high after the other in infrastructure, education, agriculture, health, security, IGR mobilization, sustainable development of youth and women as well as the development of rural communities, Kogi State has remained in the news of everything negative.
From non payment of wages to high incidences of insecurity. From a shocking absence of critical infrastructure to a comatose system of public education and health.
The #KogiDebacle has defied all known political solutions and the future is bleak.
The #KogiPuzzle has defied all known intelligence professional politicians can muster and there’s anguish in the land.
The #KogiRiddle has defied understanding and there’s no sign that things will get better.
