The Director General National Productivity Centre NPC,Dr Kashim Akor has described the late former Minister of Education,Transport/Aviation, Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim SAN CON OFR as a great legend of our time.
Dr Akor bare his mind while reacting to the death of the elder statesman and the first Northerner to bag the prestigious legal award of Senior Advocate Of Nigeria SAN.
He says the late sage has combined Community developement with National assignment,while further describing him as a pan-african, whose achievements on the sands of time will be very difficult to surpass.
The DG avered that Nigeria has lost a great nationalist who believed strongly on the unity,progress and developement of Nigeria, inspite it’s diversity.
He maintained that his immediate Community has lost a rare gem, whose good strides and achievements over the decades will be very tasking to sustain.
‘The legacies and wealth of experience will serve as an emboldment to the people of Kogi State,the North and the entire Nation.’ He said.
Akor prayed for the repose of the soul of the late legal icon, while urging the family to take solace that the late elder statesman has lived a memorable and fulfilled life.
He also prayed that Almighty God will grant him succour in the hereafter and reward his good works while on earth, with Aljanatul firdaus.
