The Managing Director,Developement Bank of Nigeria DBN,Dr Tony Okpanachi has been honoured with leadership award by Arise Igala Magazine.
The award was confered on him at the 8th edition of Arise Igala Leadership awards and lectures 2021, held at Ladi Kwali conference Hall, Sheraton Hotel Abuja.
Dr Okpanachi was also honored for his lesdership qualities in the Banking sector span for over four decades and his efforts at reviving the MSME’s through DBN in the last few years.
According to the awardees,with the revival of SME’s,it is obvious that the positive multiplier effects on the economy has improved tremendously, despite the economic recession and global health challenges of COVID-19.
The stable GDP is largely owed to the activities of the MSME’s that is the mainstay of Nigeria economy, using DBN to increase its performance.
