The plan for the announcement of the New Attah igala has been concluded and Mr Mathew Opaluwa Oguche is the chosen one, sources disclosed to the OBSERVERS TIMES.
The decision to queue behind Mathew Opaluwa Ogwuche was reached after rigorous screening exercises and documents verification, though the decision of the kingmakers including reputable men of Igala traditional council of great Igala Kingdom is subject for the Governor approval.
The kingmakers nomination of Prince Mathew Opaluwa Oguche a to become the new Attah Igala in Kogi State. The stool became vacant following the death of His Royal Majesty, Idakwo Micheal Ameh Oboni, the Attah of Igala, few months ago. The nominated Attah is a graduate of the famous Ahmodu Bello University Zaria, a master degree holder of Business Administration a career civil Servant with so many years of working experience, retired from The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as a deputy director with INEC in Katsina before his selection
