KOGI FORMER DEPUTY GOVERNOR MOURNS FORMER AGF, ABDULLAHI IBRAHIM

Kogi State former Deputy Governor, Elder Simon Achuba has condoled with Ibrahim’s family over the death of the former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Abdullahi Ibrahim (SAN).

The former Deputy Governor, in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Akor Sylvester, described the death of the legal icon, Justice Abdullahi Ibrahim as a Collossal loss to Nigeria, Kogi State and Igala nation as a whole.

He said late Justice Ibrahim’s wealth of experience contributed alot to the building of reliable legal status in the country.

The former Deputy Governor further expressed worry that the legal “guru” departed at the time that his legal advice is needed in the country most, urging the family, Igala nation, Kogi State and the country as a whole to see his death as an act of God.

Stating that the late Justicei Ibrahim was an accomplished legal practitioner and administrator who has put so much into the service of the nation in different capacities, the former Deputy Governor said the vacuum created by his death would be difficult to fill.

He enjoined the children and those he left behind to maintain and build more on the legacy he left behind , stating that doing so, will keep the good name of the late legal champion in the minds of Nigerians forever.
