Overtime, before the inception of Dr Akor’s Management in NPC, little or no efforts was adopted to guide against positive perfomance techniques/ indices that will encourage reward system in both public and organised private sectors, even though, government had concieve this idea for over three decades.

This mere lip service in both sectors was no longer in vogue at the same time, not condone by the new wind of change in NPC, and by extension both public and private Organisations.

The lackadaisical attitudes that was becoming a norm, became an uphill task for the NPC to revert to statusquo and the best practices world over, acceptable in the current dispensation in line with it’s mandate .

To forestall the immodest conducts, the need to redirect this unsual behavior in both sectors became sacrosanct and desirable, through enhanced organisational perfomance and improve techniques.

As the hub of productive activities, the NPC without further delay launched a system that will not only improved productivity, but the techniques to be adopted in all ramifications,so as to guarantee an impartial reward system.

The routine awareness on techniques in organisations will address idleness, encourage hardwork, dilligence, commitement and determination to achieve results in various areas.
