If reports in the media are anything to go by then Manchester United are close to sealing the signing of Alejandro Garnacho from the Rojiblancos.
Yesterday, Marca covered a report with a headline stating – Man United takes a jewel from Atletico Madrid.
Transfer: Man Utd would be ready to agree £87,000-a-week deal to secure signing – Report
The renowned Spanish media outlet have mentioned that 16-year-old boy, who was wanted by the likes of Dortmund and Real Madrid, has decided to secure a move to the 20-time English champions instead.
Marca have further stated that Atletico tried hard to keep the forward but Garnacho has agreed personal terms on a five year contract to join the Red Devils. The Spanish side will now receive a compensation fee from his departure.
Under the management of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the Old Trafford outfit have focused on setting up a young team and the addition of the teenage striker like Garnacho is another example.
The Spanish striker is fairly unknown but the fact that top European clubs have reportedly been after him explains that the boy is seriously talented.
His idol is none other than Man United legend Cristiano Ronaldo so let’s hope the youngster would be able to follow in the Portuguese superstar’s footsteps.
For now, the Red Devils should focus on improving the attack of their first team and they really need an out and out striker and a top winger for next season.
In your view, who should Solskjaer sign to improve his offense in the summer transfer window?
