Letter Of Appeal To Governor Kayode Fayemi

by

Dear Mr Governor,
I write on behalf of the people of Isan Ekiti, in Oye Local Government area of Ekiti State.
Isan Ekiti is your hometown and since you joined politics, the people of that town have remained solidly behind you, giving you maximum votes.
Mr Governor Sir, one of the two TRANSFORMERs providing light for the people of Isan Ekiti got burnt in March, this year.
The transformer is for residents of Oke Isan, in Isan Ekiti and as I write, majority of the people of Isan Ekiti do not have light because I am told the damaged transformer served 7 out of the 10 compounds in Isan Ekiti.
Today is July 10, making more than FOUR MONTHS that 70% of Isan Ekiti, your hometown has been without ELECTRICITY.
From my findings, the transformer is less than N4m and even without being a governor, you can afford it.
Why you have elected to abandon the people of Isan Ekiti in this time of need is what I am yet to fathom.
Perhaps, you are not aware and that’s why I am informing you now.
Or is it because you have a seperate transformer installed inside your house in Isan Ekiti that serves only you and your household?
Kindly do something and rescue those people of Isan Ekiti that gave you all their votes in 2007, 2014 and 2018.
Thank you sir.
