Igala Youth Council (IYC) Congratulates Recipients of the Igala Education Foundation Schorlarship Award.

 
The Igala Youth Council (IYC) Congratulates the 26 First Class graduates of Igala extraction who were today awarded an upward education schorlarship by the Igala Education Foundation.
The event which took place today 7/7/2020 in the Idrinana hotels lokoja had His Excellency, Chief Edward Onoja (CIK, Olimene Attah Igala-Doogaaaa) Deputy Governor, Kogi State as the anchor person for this year’s event.
His Excellency, the Deputy Governor, a son of Igala kingdom is believed to along side many other illustrious sons and daughters of IGALA nation have taught it pertinently expedient to continue the good gestures of the legacy of the late Prof. Francis Idachaba.
Recall, that Prof. Francis Idachaba began this very lofty project years back to herald a new intellectual awakening of the Igalas through support and encouragement of this kind.
The IYC therefore, wishes to appreciate and thank in no small measure all those who may have contributed to the success of the program.
On hand to present the schorlarship award to one of the beneficiaries was the National President, Igala Youth Council (IYC) Comrade Onogu Collins.
The visibly elated President of the Igala Apex Youth body thanked His Excellency, Edward Onoja for believing in IYC and counting him worthy of the presentation.
