The attached article was presented to ElombahNews by an anonymous author. In the article, the author elaborated how the Supreme Court overshot voters as accredited by the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] by 103, 887 votes.
The author argued that the judgment of the Supreme Court showed judgement
votes of 927, 630 as against voters accredited by INEC — 823, 743 which left an imbalance of
103, 887 votes.
A State of anomie sprayed with a miasma of legal toxins…
According to reports a total of 823, 743 voters were accredited to vote in the elections held that day, but only 739, 485 voters eventually did cast their votes out of which 25, 135 votes were cancelled or voided by INEC for irregularities thereby living us with a total lawful or valid votes of 714, 355.
Flowing from the above one therefore begins to wonders how the Supreme Court arrived at the figure of 927,630 as total lawful or valid votes cast.

Even if we take the total number of accredited Voters without any cancellations or voided votes the figures will still not add up – the final tally of votes will still be higher than the number of accredited voters. Now, we are not even talking of actual votes cast less voided or cancelled votes yet.
1. Supreme Court Judgement Votes …… ..927, 630
2. Voters accredited by INEC was…… . … 823, 743
3. Difference …………………………………………103, 887
Except of course if this numbers are not correct, right or accurate otherwise this whole thing smacks of….. mischief.
Is there any remedy for Emeka Ihedioha after this judgement , that’s if it is eventually established that, the Court erred in her judgement?
I present this as a puzzle for further interrogation!
