Fayemi has teamed up with the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, and some powerful forces in the seat of power and ruling All Progressive Congress APC to ensure Vice President Yemi Oshibajo is impeached or forced to resign on some false corruption allegations.
In his home state where he govern from his mansion in Abuja, Dr Fayemi is also planning to remove his Deputy, Bisi Egbeyemi for a loyalist who could cover his track if eventually his dream of becoming the Vice President materializes.
The governor which has commenced the underground move to dispose his deputy had recently met with the Ewi of Ado Oba Aladesanmi to brief him on reasons why the deputy governor must give way for core loyalist and trusted person.

The governor also met with some key members of the state house of assembly on how to commence impeachment proceedings on the deputy governor if all pressure for the Deputy to voluntarily resign fails.
Top among people listed for the plum job to replace Baba Egbeyemi are former deputy governor Prof Dupe Adelabu who served Dr Fayemi in his first term. Mr Shola Eleshin has also been considered as a loyalist who Governor Fayemi can banked upon should he eventually becomes the vice president. Another reliable source informed THE OBSERVERS TIMES that Governor Fayemi wife’s Erelu Bisi Fayemi had met with some national assembly members and agents of the Aso Villa Red cap chief in an European country over impeaching Vice President Osinbajo based on some corruption allegations peddled in the media.
The meeting was said to have been at the instance of Abba Kyari who resolved that the National Assembly should probe the NEMA and FIRS slouch fund allegedly collected by VP Osinbajo during the election,
The also agreed that a prominent civil society group in the country will write and march to the national assembly demanding an investigation into the matter.
At the meeting Bisi Fayemi was said to have joked that it’s easier to become Nigeria’s president, first by becoming a Vice President to a dying president, she was said to have doubted if PMB will complete his tenure alive.
Another source close to Dr Fayemi said that “Yes, we are hoping that if the crisis in the Villa between some senior aides of President Puhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo feaster longer, the VP would be forced to resign or impeached because they are some serious allegations against him.”
