Kogi indigenes and workers in PDP National sectariat,popularly known as Wadata plaza, have praised the leadership qualities demonstrated by frontline PDP Governorship candidate,Abubakar Ibrahim during his visit to obtain nomination and intent form from the sectariat
According to a representative of the workers of Kogi indigenes,Mrs Shade Irumole, said the kind gesture deployed to Kogi indigenes at the sectariat,was a sign of leadeship qualities of the contestant to Kogi Governors slot
Shade,said “charity begins at home”,as the recognition of Kogi indigenes and kind gesture of Abubakar Ibrahim towards his people,is a glaring sign that Kogi will be better and more prosperous under his adminstration
During the visit of the Governorship aspirant,Abubakar Ibrahim particularly gave special attention to Kogi indigenes at the party sectariat,by announcing a donation of an amount of money, for the welfare of the workers
She prayed that the singular gesture will pave way for the aspirant to become the candidate of the party for November election,so as to allow a welfarist leader,who has the people’s good will at heart
“We are all aware of how political party sectariat is been managed,particularly workers salaries and allowances,as his intervention was timely,impressive and exemplary of a leader with good intentions for the state”
“In the history of PDP, since the return of democratic practice for over two decades,no candidate/aspirant of the party,both at State Assembly,National Assembly,Governors,President had given such recommendation and recognition to it’s indigenes like Abubakar Ibrahim had done”
She urged the Governorship candidate to extend simialr gesture to the suffering people of kogi state when elected,pauparised by the bad leadership of Governor Yahaya Bello in Kogi state in the last three years
“With what Abubakar Ibrahim had demonstrated to workers of PDP plaza,it is a clear indications that workers and indigenes of Kogi state,will heave a big relief when he is elected as Kogi Governor by November”
“The special attention given to staff of PDP who are Kogi indigenes is worthy of emulation by others,not only from Kogi state,but the entire country to give human development and welfare a priority by our leaders”
She urged multiple candidates of the party for Kogi election to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship,but consider the welfare of citizens as the basis of electing the next governor in November this year
