The Governorship ambition of Usman Jibril got a major boost as a foremost group that is pushing for the realisation of his governorship ambition get campaign office in Lokoja.
The Kogi Restoration Movement Support Group For Usman Jibril, on Monday secured a befitting premises which is located at IBB Way, Beside Eco-Bank, Opposite Chuck Super Market, Adankolo, Lokoja, and which, according to Comrade Ahmed Muazu, the group’s General Coordinator, will serve as the official secretariat for the group’s activities ahead of the November Governorship election in Kogi state.
According to Comrade Adamu, Alhaji Jibrin CFR is the answer to the question of the people of Kogi state to restore the dignity that is associated with the people of Kogi state but was lost due to the maladministration and recklessness of the Yahaya Bello led administration.
Comrade Adamu, who is a youth leader of the All Progressive Congress in the state, called on President Muhammadu Buhari, Comrade Adams Oshiomole, the party’s National Chairman, and Senator Ahmed Tinubu, the National leader of the party to ensure that Alhaji Jibrin is fielded as the party’s flag bearer ahead of Governor Yahaya Bello, warning that fielding Yahaya Bello is tantamount to gifting the opposition free access to Kogi state government house
